Natural Products Expo West was Benchmark’s largest rebook to date. Partnering closely with the Informa Markets team, we provided both pre-book sales support and onsite rebook assistance, ensuring exhibitors secured their ideal package for Natural Products Expo West 2026. While this wasn’t a rebook that took place on the show floor, we adapted seamlessly to meet the unique needs of this event and ensured we were able to navigate the internal CRM system and contracting process within a quick briefing session. 

Our 15-strong Benchmark sales team was stationed in the dedicated sales lounge, off the show floor, working side by side with the Informa team to facilitate over 1,600 rebook appointments. This collaborative effort empowered exhibitors to visit the show office for their specific time-slot in priority order, to secure their space for Natural Products Expo West 2026 with confidence.

By providing exhibitors the opportunity to book early with prime booth locations, we helped them plan their budgets well in advance—making the rebooking process not only efficient but also strategic and stress-free. This milestone achievement underscores Benchmark’s ability to scale, adapt, and drive exceptional results, in conjunction with the core account team, reinforcing our reputation as a trusted partner for event sales and strong exhibitor retention.
