In its sixth edition, The Installer Show was looking to secure the growth of the 2022 event by delivering a focused rebook project for all of their clients. Outsourcing support was an important decision; integration with the core sales team and the right approach for the exhibiting clients were key considerations. Benchmark were asked to consult on the rebook project, creating a suitable strategy, process and communications in partnership with the Lyrical Communications senior team. Benchmark’s rebook workshop prior to the event was key to bring the teams together and ensure a unified approach onsite managed by a Benchmark Collective Rebook Manager. Delivering a rebook for the first time at an event requires careful planning and commitment and that is exactly what we achieved together. The results speak for themselves!
