The Hyve Group team were looking for an exceptional rebook service for their clients in the first live event post pandemic. The rebook project was key to building confidence and delivering reassurance to their clients at Autumn Fair 2021, so making the right choice of rebook partner was more important than ever. The Autumn Fair team were also delivering several new products at the event; expanding their offering to their exhibitors and buyers beyond the traditional trade show format. From the Curated Meetings programme, to Online Marketplace, Visitor Engagement Surveys and a strategically crucial rebook, Hyve required professional, customer focused teams to work alongside them to deliver first class customer service and communication to each of their key stakeholder groups.
We were delighted to work with Benchmark Collective at this first edition of Autumn Fair post pandemic. It has been a challenging time for our retail community and we were focused on delivering the best possible experience for them at the event, not just through our exhibitor rebook campaign but also maximising our first chance to communicate our Curated Meetings and Online Marketplace products face to face.
