Partnering with the Digital Health Festival marked an exciting launch for Benchmark Australia—and the very first rebook campaign for our Aussie Benchies. What a fantastic client to kick things off with. As one of the country’s most dynamic healthcare events, the Digital Health Festival provided an ideal platform to showcase Benchmark’s strategic rebooking expertise in a new and growing market.
We worked closely with the Digital Health team to understand their commercial objectives and craft a tailored rebook strategy aligned with their vision for future editions. Our focus was on clear communication, early value delivery, and creating a seamless exhibitor experience to drive both retention and new business growth.
Onsite, our rebookers worked the show floor, engaging directly with exhibitors to secure commitments for Digital Health 2026. Meanwhile, our Rebook Manager and Assistant ran a busy sales lounge and managed the live floorplan in real time—allowing the Digital Health team to focus on relationship building without having to have the transactional sales conversation; building solutions for some key accounts, as well as the growth part; meeting and booking in new business prospects.
The result: a high-performing rebook campaign, actionable insights to support future planning, and a strong, confident start for Benchmark in the Australian market.

We used Benchmark for the first time at Digital Health Festival 2025 after being recommended their services by another events company. Before we worked with Benchmark we ran our own prebook and rebook process for Exhibitors and Sponsors to limited success. With such a large event (8000+ people and 100s of Sponsors), our small lean team could not truly give the care and attention we needed to this process and sell the benefits of resigning for the next DHF event. We also struggled to create and manage a thorough, structured yet consistent rebook process, and successfully communicating the importance to our team. The talented Benchmark team took care of everything. From preparing us with materials and coaching for the prebook process, to taking care of the operational aspects on site. They thoughtfully created and led a team to match our own sales ethos, a non-pushy, thoughtful, helpful and high EQ operation. The result was a 70% rebook of current Exhibitors and Sponsors, locking in substantial revenue and momentum a year out from the next event. This created even more excitement and interest post event and fueled further sales success. What stood out for us what the slick operational approach, the tools used to record data live-time, the listening to our needs and translating this into an excellent sale pitch - the whole experience was so smooth, friendly yet professional. Communication and support were first-class (and still are), available at anytime 24/7 before, at and after the event. It truly felt like the Benchmark team had been part of DHF for years - we hope to work with them again soon!
